i think you should tell that person,just how you feel, you'll never know just what your worth unless you try and take chances...he'll never know how you feel about him unless you let him know,and just maybe he'll feel the same for you..

I suppose you should make sure you are ok with him not being in love with you yet, and allowing him to take the time he needs. As long as he knows you don't expect anything in return for professing your love he should have no need to be scared. And if he is, then he may not be worth the trouble.
