If you're experiencing problems at home and feel unable to talk to your parents, consider reaching out to another trusted adult, such as a teacher, counselor, or family friend, who can provide support and guidance. You could also write down your feelings or concerns to help clarify your thoughts before discussing them with someone. Remember, it's important to seek help when you need it, and there are people who care and want to assist you.
All kids should talk to their parents but some don't which is a bad idea. Kids should always come to their parents first or god. God is our creator and can always solve our problems.

Because they dont have anyone else to talk to.
well i have had that happen to me many many times and the most you can truly do is try to deal with it and if you need someone to talk to about it talk to your parents or some close friends or even a neighbor you like or your therapist what ever you do just dont try to fight with your parents it just makes things worse if you feel you need to do something about it go to your parents and talk to them about it and see what you can do to maybe not downsize or something else
