My dad does the same. What can work for you is to get used to it.
You could also try and not do anything that you think he might overreact about, and he probably wont overreact as much.
That's what works for me, as well as sort of getting used to it. Although with my dad, it's kind of hard to get used to because it can get really annoying. Hope you can learn to cope with it in your own way soon :)
If someone overreacts when he hears your name, try and stay clear of him. If he is overreacting, he likely has feelings for you.

It is possible that your dad may come across as thinking he knows everything, but it is important to remember that everyone has their own perspectives and beliefs. It may be helpful to have open and honest conversations with your dad to better understand his thoughts and feelings.
If it's a question, it means, "What mean everything to my dad?" If it's a sentence fragment, it could mean, "...that mean everything to my dad."
It is possible that your dad turns everything into an argument due to a need for control, a desire to be right, or difficulty managing emotions. Communication and understanding may help improve the situation.
