What if your parents wont let you grow up what can you do to just tell them you wont always be little?

Your parents will let you grow up when you can demonstrate your willingness and capabilities to be an upstanding contributor to society and they feel confident in your abilities as a "grown up"

I know a lot of adults that still haven't grown up and probably never will. Not because their parents didn't allow them, but simply because they chose not to.

You are the one in control of your own "grownupness" so do as you choose. Make good decisions, be honest, care about others even if they don't always show they care about you.

and i am a teenager, so i know it can be hard, but you have to keep reminding yourself that they love you and they just find it hard that you don't want to do stuff with them as much, you want to go out with friends and stuff

Show them you are responsible, if you have pets and stuff make sure you clean them and walk them and look after them

And if they don't listen, you can always sneak out (: just make sure you arent caught

Talk to your parents about how you feel, they should get it
