Well, it could mean many of things. First off, it usually means they DONT WANT TO BE WITH YOU because they feel to crowded, or annoyed and they dont wanna let you down too hard so they say "they want a break" and then never get "back" with you. Second, it could mean they just want time to think about everything, and want time alone. They could decide they DO want to be with you, or they could decide they DONT want to be with you. It all depends on the person but many people will tell you a "break" most likely means they dont wanna be with you anymore. DONT COUNT ON ANYTHING! Only time will tell, and if it takes too long, your best bet is to move on.
