What is an example of being humble?

If someone hits you, don't hit them back. It's simple, but that's humility. TRUE humility would be giving them to chance to hit you again, no holds barred. That is not only truly being humble, but also makes them look like a tool. When you think of someone other than yourself. An example would be when you and your friend go out to the movies and you wanna see a movie but your friend wants to see a movie you don't wanna see. But if you act humble you see the movie your friend wants to see. That's what I think humble means.

To be humble, you have to try your best to hide whatever good deeds you are doing and you should not tell anyone of the good deeds you have done.

Just don't let people know the good things you do but don't go to far is to lie about what you do.
