What is being done to stop desforestation?

1. Teach others about the importance of the environment and how they can help save rainforests.

2. Restore damaged ecosystems by planting trees on land where forests have been cut down.

3. Encourage people to live in a way that doesn't hurt the environment.

4. Establish parks to protect rainforests and wildlife.

5. Support companies that operate in ways that minimize damage to the environment.

This won't stop it but will slow/halt it until people begin to understand and stop it!!!!

people should try to stop it because it is a massive problem to our environment. firstly we should tell other people to recycle and reuse because if everyone recycled their own paper for a year that would be saving a lot of trees

well they are teaming up with big companies and are donating money to wildlife charities, also they are saying stuff like, for every pack of loo roll you buy, we will plant 3 trees. as well, wildlife centres are protecting forests by making it illegal to step on that land and if anyone does the infer red cameras installed secretly in places pick this up and local police come and arrest them.
