okay im adding to this and im not a guy, talking to him is good but not to much ,and if you like him become friends with him first and then make sure you are [you can ask him ] then hint to the fact that you like him if he doesn't just straight out tell him .if this advice works please comment then i will know i am doing my job right

there's one word that sums up everything you need for a guy to notice you.... confident. show him and everyone else around that you feel comfortable with yourself. if you don't show you love yourself, why should any other guy love you? when you walk in stomp the ground with your shoulders back and mingle with anyone you see. if you are going to a party where he will be, this is a perfect place to draw his attention. wear something you feel comfortable in and when you walk in show him your fun to be around... not too fun so you can be chill too. . just remember, be confident!
