They don't want pretty girls, actually. But maybe a good-looking girl would be OK but looks aren't the main thing. You know, the ugliest person ever doesn't CARE about their look so don't worry about that. The qualities they actually like are kindness and flirtation. Maybe...MAYBE they like looks. Depending on what kind of boy they are. Because boys that want the looky girls are rude. I mean, would you rather a pretty but rude girl or an ugly but nice caring girl? OK?!
