Those who know their Bible do not believe in luck, because the Bible teaches that all things are controlled by either the will of God, the will of Satan, or the will of man. That leaves no room for luck.

Luck per se is not something supernatural. It is just an unconventional way of saying chance, and chance plays a role in all aspects of existence.
