you have to think of it as 2 separate issues first, you still like your ex, but he may not like you. If you are sure he doesn't like you, then don't waste your time on him. You can't make someone love you and it's really hard to truly love someone who doesn't love you. ok, 2nd. You're with a guy you aren't really into. If you aren't happy there is no use staying in the relationship, but make sure it's not just because of your ex. If there is no chance your ex will want you back, then you should move on and give this guy a chance. Maybe you'll start to get to know him better if you open up to him.
