My question is ... why would you have him back under these conditions? A husband that refuses to sleep with his wife (or vise-versa) is sending you a message loud and clear. When you love someone you want to make love to them and you want to be with them. He may well have gotten over the girl he was seeing at the beginning, but obviously he isn't happy in your marriage.
