I'm really sorry.But your not alone,just about everybody has gone thru what you are.Take a look at the people around you,look at their faces,see their expressions.They are what I like to call The lost ones.You know,people that have lost their smile and you wish to somehow give them back that happiness.At least that's how I feel.Well here's what I did,first I got mad and talked to everyone I could,that didn't help too much.Then I got very sad and cried alot,still do sometimes.Then I found this site and it helps to write down you feelings and to impart you experience with heartache to others.So I know you have to go thru this pain on your own,but know that you can always visit this site and get some answers from alot of caring people.And just try to get your smile back.Marty
AnswerI'd leave the jerk! You did nothing wrong, and there is probably nothing wrong with your appearance, but some guys are simply not a one-woman man. They need to change women like they'd change their socks. Tell him to take a hike and don't sit around and feel it's your fault. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back out in the dating world. Start going out with your friends and I bet by summer you'll have met some nice guy. Don't judge all men by this jerk. There are some great guys out there.Under relationships on this board there is a post by a guy, who dumped his girlfriend and now he's shocked out of his socks that she is much more attractive than when she was with him and seems to have a life and is enjoying it to the hilt. I hope you are going to be strong and do the same thing. Thank your lucky stars you found out what a jerk he is now, rather than find out further into your relationship or even possibly in a marriage with him.

The if you can't beat them join them approach also helps a great deal if you are that lame and botarded and think it would be condusive to your own mental health to stay with them.
When your boyfriend is talking to your girlfriend, you should go up to them and stop their conversation by hugging your boyfriend, asking what you guys should do later, or either ask them this: "Hey! What are you guys talking about?". Don't let your boyfriend and your girlfriend fall in love with each other.
