think about why you are not sad. Are you numb? Do you want to be sad? are the family members around you sad? if you want to be sad- which is healthy- think about all of your uncles qualities. think of positive memories you have of your uncle. think about your relationship with your uncle... also, if this is a very fresh loss, it may not have hit you yet. give it time to sink in and give yourself time to mourn. trust me, i have been through it a few too many times. it is extremely painful.
