Just because a woman, or girl, gets pregnant and has a baby, doesn't mean she has the skills to raise her child appropriately. Many factors can prevent a mother from being responsible and caring - immaturity, mental illness, unresolved childhood trauma, economic stress, drug or alcohol use, and just plain selfishness. You can address many of these issues in therapy either alone or with your mother if she is willing. If your mother is abusive in any way, you should tell another adult, your school principal, or a police officer, so they can rescue you from the abuse. You deserve a chance in life and if your mother can't give that to you, you have rights and options. Sharing with another adult as I mentioned before is the best way to start. first off your mommy should not hate you she should love you if she gave birth to you and carried you in side her for nine months than there is going to be a connection there if she tells you otherwise than she is lying to herself or she is in denile or probably blames you for whatever went wrong in her life,i dont mean to make you feel bad my mommy did drugs and sold all our food for more drugs and me and my sister had to sell ourselves for more food so i can tell you alot about mommys not being there for her children but the thing is is you have to break the cycle and give yourr kids what she did not give you cause you know how it feels to not be loved.
