BedtimeIt depends on the kid. My son is twelve and he goes to bed at about 9-9:30. He gets up around 7:15. But usually 7-9 hours of sleep is good.

Depends on when they have to get up. At this age they need at least 8 hours of sleep so retract that from the time they need to get up. I would also retract a extra hour in case they wan to read or something.

sufficient sleeping hours for different individuals is different. some needs 10 hours, some can withstand 4 hours and some must have 8 hours no more or less. the hours needed depends on each individuals adjustments

however, the common believe for teens and adults is 7-8 hours of sleeps and not more than 10 hours. 15 minutes nap is most effective for 13 years old and above. however, some claim you need at least 2 hours sleep for physical recovery and 5-6 hours for mental recovery.

Kids are suppose to have 10 hrs of sleep so randomly pick a time then add that hour +10 if it matches the time you're suppose to wake up then that's the time to go to bed.

EXAMPLE: if I'm suppose to wake up @ 7:00am i would go to bed @ 9:00pm because i would say okay 10pm 11pm 12am 1am 2am 3am 4am 5am 6am 7am that's 10hrs of sleep. Hope you got that. If not JUST SAY 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
