Depends on when they have to get up. At this age they need at least 8 hours of sleep so retract that from the time they need to get up. I would also retract a extra hour in case they wan to read or something.

Kids are suppose to have 10 hrs of sleep so randomly pick a time then add that hour +10 if it matches the time you're suppose to wake up then that's the time to go to bed.
EXAMPLE: if I'm suppose to wake up @ 7:00am i would go to bed @ 9:00pm because i would say okay 10pm 11pm 12am 1am 2am 3am 4am 5am 6am 7am that's 10hrs of sleep. Hope you got that. If not JUST SAY 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
