It is difficult for us to respond without knowing what her interests and likes are. Some nine year old girls like "girlie" things like cooking or collecting dolls; others like sports and enjoy playing soccer or tennis; and others enjoy hanging with their friends, going to movies, watching TV, etc. These days, girls have varied interests-- they might like some stereotypically girlie things, but they might also like some activities that used to only be popular with boys (like attending a sporting event).

Make sure you keep in mind that even the most mature nine year old is still a kid, so don't expect her to like the same things an adult does. Let her be young, and let her follow her interests: she may have a crush on a favorite music star or like certain movie characters, for example. Ask her what she enjoys. And don't hesitate to introduce her to museums (many cities have excellent children's museums) or take her out to her favorite place to eat.
