Try remembering those good times with that person and writing them or drawing them . If that doesnt help try calling that person and telling them how much you miss them. That cooled me down , but if that didnt help well make a slide show or a scrapbook about you and them and hear your favorite music.
Usually, if you miss someone, most people say that you need to forget aboit them. If its a girlfriend that you broke up with, or a family member that is far away, sometimes its good to keep in cotnact with them. But not with your x. If you just keep thinking about them and you want to forget them, just have some fun. Try to relieve your stress and do something that makes you feel like yourself.
