I think it is but if u really love each other and didn't know that u were related then i suppose its okish but its kinda creepy if its your brother or sister.
Many people in the early years, like for example Edvard Grieg, married his sister. It wasn't illegal it was just frowned upon.
I'd also like to add to the discussion, my ex and I were together for 6 years & he broke it off right before an engagement. It has been a year since we've been in contact with each other off & on, now Im told by him that he is in a relationship with my cousin. I believe it has opened wounds, and I feel a sense of gratitude towards him for telling me, whilst my cousin hasn't told me anything as yet.. or maybe she never will. I'm trying to put it past me but.. my thoughts are getting compulsive and Im currently in a new relationship that is suffering from my previous heart break. I feel like I need justification for their actions , because I would never dream to do that to my cousin. Even though we were not best friends I respected her & cared deeply for her. I rely on my cousin for guidance in certain situations and my Ex was my Best friend, can anyone reply to this post , if they were ever in this situation. thanks
just ask him out. if your ex gets mad, don't worry about it. your ex will have to get over it soon. but if your ex doesn't get over it, then break up with his friend because it could lead to trouble.
