By "balimia" i am going to assume you mean bulimia, a very serious eating disorder. If that is true, i would suggest to you to suggest to her to find help. Whatever you do though, do not flip out or get angry with her, find out her reasoning on why she is bulimic and work from there. If it is emotions that are making her bulimic the best thing to do is not create more emotions for her to act on. Remind her that you are there for her, if she ever needs anything, and try to help her. If you go out to dinner with her, keep her occupied until you leave dinner, that way she can't go and get rid of her meal. Show her you love her, and remind her she is beautiful the way she is.

If anything that would be the most likely time for death to occure...then again it would probably be suffocation from attempted vomiting tat would do them in rather than bulimia itself.
