Hi there! I'm sorry you're not feeling to great right now. I also get really sad a lot. I suffer from depression and Bipolar disorder, and have for a long time. I have found a few ways to combat my growing sadness.
A few years back, I started going to a free, weekly group therapy that I found online. At first I hated the idea of sitting in a room full of strangers (because I also tend to hate people) and talking about feelings, but then as I kept forcing myself to go, I quickly realized that it was just as helpful hearing other people talk about the motions they take as it was for me to talk about the ones I do. Therapy isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I found that group therapy is way easier to deal with than one-on-one therapy.
A long shower doesn't necessarily make you happy, but it sure feels nice and relaxes your body. Your body tends to suffer and get really tense when you're sad/depressed/at a loss.
I also read a lot. When I hit those depressive states, I find that reading allows me to get out of my own head and into someone else's. The author or character gives me great relief because the head I'm jumping into is not nearly as dark as mine.
I really can't stand when people tell me that "it gets better" so I'm not going to say that to you. You should know though that you aren't alone. There are a lot of people in this world that feel the same way you do every single day of their lives. It's not fun and sometimes it gets to be too much, but it seems like you do have some people who really care about you so make sure to lean on them when you need it.
As always, if you ever get so down that you don't think you can make it out... call a doctor, call a psychologist. The National Suicide Lifeline is also a free, great resource - (800-273-8255). I hope maybe some of this helped you.
very......happy sad angry etc
No, sad is when you are depressed. Angry is when you are mad.
Sad and angry.
calm, patient, relaxed A mood is just how you are feeling at the moment. It can be anything from sad or angry to elated and cheerful.
If you are angry and sad at the same time and feel like you want to hit something, you are very emotional about something. If you are feeling like this all the time then you should see a doctor.
There are many feeling you can feel. To name a few, there is feeling happy, sad, angry, confused, elated. Also confused, overjoyed, anxious, scared...there are many ways to feel.
To move away from something or some one. ex:go away from me. persons feeling: mad, sad, angry,of annoyed. :)
Things that can effect emotional hauora is your feeling(happy, sad, angry, lonely etc) and the different situtations you are put in.
Balance it out. If they're sad, get angry. If they're angry, get sad. Hope that helps, -Tyler
