What to do when you like your best friend and he has a girlfriend?

I don't mean to sound harsh, but if his relationship seems to be in a serious state, I'd just back off, cause if you try to steal him away, that could cause hatred from both, from the girl cause yhur stealin her bf from him, and the guy because yooh could be the sourse of the breakup.

That is a really hard question.

Im going through that problem except for its a little different. They're not going out, but they may as well be, with the way they act and all. But all I can really say, is you need to try get over him. I know its really hard if you like him a lot, but its the best thing.

I told him that I really liked him, as much as I didn't want to. But it surprisingly helped me start to get over him, as he explained that he just wants to stay friends. I knew that he was going to say that, But still like I said, it did help a little.

This may not have been any help at all, but I hope it has, even if its just a tiny bit.
