The youngest age at which a Pharaoh is known to have married is believed to be around 12 or 13 years old, as exemplified by Pharaoh Tutankhamun, who ascended to the throne at around 8 or 9 and is thought to have married shortly thereafter. Marriages among royalty in ancient Egypt often occurred at a young age, primarily for political alliances and dynastic continuity.

Tut was the youngest RULING pharaoh, but not the youngest pharaoh, period. Tut was about 9 when his father died, and he immediately ascended to power. However, Pepi II ascended to the throne at the age of six; however, it's believed that his mother ruled as regent until he was old enough to take over rule. Tut was, however, the youngest ruling pharaoh to die during rule, at the age of 18. Well it depends. He was the youngest pharaoh ever recorded so there MAY have been others. He became Pharaoh at 9 because of the death of his father at 5. He died at the age of 18 due to an infection in the leg.
