End it and try for somebody else. It's a really hard thing to do if you have very strong feelings for them, but once you get over the bad feeling you will get happier and when you can look back on it later you will be glad that you ended it, especially if you can find someone who values and appreciates you and what you do. Don't waste yourself and your emotions and energy on someone who isn't prepared to respond, a relationship should be a two way thing, and should be energizing, it should not drain your energy and leave you feeling exhausted.
