you cant i tried to do it and i got caught and he ate my face
he did get caught..and then i believe he got away with prescott and dawes
There is no difference between the meaning - they both mean the same thing (although I think 'was caught' makes a little more sense than 'got caught.') The only real difference is the limiting of subjects.Like, for 'was caught,' the subject is limited to I was caught and he/she was caught. If you wanted to use you, they, or we, it would be were caught. But for 'got caught,' anyone can get caught. I got caught, you got caught, we got caught, they got caught, and she/he got caught all makes sense and is grammatically correct.
If you were a Jew and you got caught without the Star of David, you would either be killed, or tortured.
say the teacher got it wrong and mistook yours with someone with a similar name / who sits near
I would think so, if I was in that position I would tell my boss I lied and then if your boss let's you keep your jobgreat! If not then at least you're not in a "state of lying" as you put it.Yes, you would feel guilty for having that job because you lied.
you would go down for possession.
Yes, I got caught in the eight-grade, luckily the teacher was my friend so he didn't rat on me or my friends.
The best you can do is tell your teacher the real truth. You will make the situation worse if you lie. Trust me, I lied and I got in more trouble than if i told her i didn't do it. So tell her the truth. Your teacher should be your friend.
well, that would be within the rights of the shop.
Yes
Sorry but no
