When will Naruto meant his father?

Never. His father sealed the Kyubi inside Naruto at birth in exchange for his life, so therefore, his father is dead. Also his father's name was Minato Namikaze (The 4th Hokage) and his mother's name was Kushina Uzumaki, and it is unknown if she is still alive or not but she's probably dead.

naruto's dad is Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki because jiraya remembers how he named naruto in the fight nagato (pain) and the fourth appears when he goes nine tails and tells him before resealing the kyuubi Naruto meets his dad when he goes 8 tails and about to go 9 tails, in his mind naruto and the fox meet again, and the fox tells him to remove the seal to make naruto go away from all the pain he has endured, and just when naruto was about to remove it completely, Minato Namikaze appears(fourth Hokage and Naruto's dad), and stops him from removing it, and the fox then curses him, minato then changes atmosphere and talks with naruto, telling him he was the Fourth Hokage, he was proud of Naruto, That he is his dad, and that someone was controlling naruto when he went berserk, and it was someone of the akatasuki, and that someone, was Tobi (Uchiha Madara), and then Minato tells naruto that the thing that he had put on the seal to prevent it to break was about to disappear, so he quickly does another seal to naruto and tells him this is gona be the last seal and he says bye and dissapears, then naruto loses all his tails against pain and fights as normal naruto and wins :D ~By Black Ace1809~ Ps. this is not in the anime for now, its gona be soon though, when pain gets to the village and destroys it, but its gona be like in some months, maybe less though.
