When you commit You are giving the other trust, love, care, your life together and the fact that youwill always be there for him or her.
It is my understanding that that means asking someone to commit murder for you.

Then you did not commit a crime. I assume you mean, "What do you do if you are charged with a crime you did not commit?" The answer is, "You get a lawyer."
You would need to read the statutes in Mississippi; however, most times intent is all that is necessary to charge someone with a crime. If someone intends to commit grand larceny, but does not commit the crime successfully does not mean they are not culpable.
