child labor happens everywhere and is legal in some places and illegal in others. it is when children are forced to work in unhealthy conditions such as long hours, no safety precaution's, working with hazardous chemicals, not even supposed to work at their age, etc. Ive heard that china has children working long hours for cheap pay and that's how Walmart gets their products but that may be a rumor.
