Every state in the US will allow a 17 year old girl to marry with parental and/or judicial consent. (Some states require both, some allow either, but in practice, judicial consent is only granted without parental consent if the couple can show very good reason they should be allowed to get married. The girl being pregnant is normally considered "very good reason," but with such a large age disparity that opens a whole other can of worms, namely statutory rape.)

The minimum age without parental/judicial consent is 18 in every state with the exceptions of Nebraska where it's 19 and Mississippi where it's 21. So wait a year and you can do it almost anywhere. If you don't still want to get married in a year, then you shouldn't be getting married in the first place.
