• The first couple may marry, and then subsequent wives enter into a domestic contract with that couple.

• Incorporate. Right, like a business. A contract is a contract is a contract. Incorporation is very much like a marriage, and may offer those involved greater protections and rights. A little more expensive, a little more complicated, but any competent corporate or contract attorney should be able to handle the paperwork and advice relatively easily.
