Who are affected by a broken family?

* Everyone in that family is affected by a separation or divorce and especially the children. Children often feel they had to have done something wrong for their parents to split up. To children the parents will always be mom and dad and no one else can replace those roles. When one partner leaves the other the one remaining behind is also affected and left feeling alone, often times frightened of the future, perhaps financially inept and with children this can bring a lot of stress.
