Every 1 just say's its proper that the male asks the female out. but girls, if the boy you like wont make his move and you know he likes you and you cant wait no more just tell them how you feel cause some boys get really really nervous when we see someone we really like. so just putting that out there for you girls.

If I were you, I would. If he wants you, he will show you that in all he does, and he will make it known. If you initiate the relationship, he may go for it simply because he knows he has the option of "being" with you, and it may not work out the way you want it to.

Give him settle signs to let him know you're interested...at least this way you'll have the opportunity to see what he goes for first...trying to sleep with you, or trying to date you...but don't sleep with him before the two of you make it official, otherwise, you could end up being "the cool girl he hangs out with and sleeps with on the side"...you'll only upset yourself waiting around in hopes that he'll want more than what's between your legs.
