Either sex can be aroused by one, both, or neither sex. It is simply due to whatever response they have as an individual. However, the basic sexual instinct in the majority of individuals is still heterosexual, an instinctive drive that transcends societal morals.
Most men do not consider other men sexually stimulating, and most would hide any arousal due to social stigmas that still surround male homosexuality. Women are arguably less influenced by this, in Western societies at least, which would explain the prevailing acceptance (by many) of female bisexuality.

If you have not already checked over the job market then you shall find that MOST jobs are open to both sexes. my mother is a nurse and so is my dad so nursing is definitely an option. My dogs' vets are men and women, so is veterinarians. Lots of job are open and available to both sexes at the moment.
