At first I didn't understand either. Things like insults don't bother me, but to other people they seemed to cause damage. After some thought I came to the conclusion that they are just insecure about themselves to the point that the brain has to turn on a self defense system. They lash out at other people and don't think clearly. If this applies to you, I suggest that you step back and ask yourself, what will i gain from being angry? Or, will crying make everything better?
