Dad may be less strict then mom. They could be playing two ends against the middle so to speak. You have to look to see what dad has that you dont/visaversa. How did mom handle the divorce, was she negative against the dad. You have look at the whole picture. If this move will improve your relationship with your child and they are safe and fed, then go with it. Dont forget as their mother you do still have a say so in what is what.

You cannot divorce parents, but you can leave your dad for your mum, or you can leave your mum for your dad.
Depends on the duration.
If you are 15 and live in Arizona and want to live in pa with your father do i have the right leave
It's the parents who decide where a minor lives so unless you have permission you can not.
Until he is 18 it's the parents that decide and if they can't decide the court can.
Of course not. Mom and Dad (assuming they have custody) get to decide where you live.
Justins dad didnt exactly leave him. When justin was 3 his mum and dad got devorced and his dad went to live somewhere else. justin still sees his dad and his dad still goes to some of his concerts
If Mom has custody then she gets to decide where you live. You can move in with Dad if Mom agrees to it. Otherwise, Dad would have to petition for a change of custody.
