Why did my boyfriend cheat on me with a sloppy unattractive female then when he got caught leave me for her?

There are many reasons for this to have happened:

He likes women who wont spend hours in the bathroom worried about her hair
She is like one of the guys
She is nicer than you
He has been wanting to leave you for a while, and since you caught him, he dumped you.

He likes a woman who wont spend hours in the bathroom worried about her hair...What this means is that he doesn't want a girl who is worried all the time about her own looks. While a woman is away adjusting her make up, a guy feels that is taking away from time the two can spend together. She is like one of the guys...Something that guys find just totally hot is a girl who can be pretty and sexy one minute, and then turn around and be a total tomboy chilling with the guys. A man doesn't want a girl that he can't leave alone with his friends. If a girl is too prissy, she can (in a guys view) be easily swayed. However, a girl who is like one of the guys, is a tad smarter (again, in a guy's view) than your average female. She is nicer than you...Lets face it, you don't seem like a very nice person the way you asked this question. Very insulting, and not very attractive. Your ex's girlfriend might be asking you ex right now, "man why were you with such a mean person?" and he could simply reply, "oh, she was only pretty on the outside."

This isn't fact, I'm just generalizing, but come on, how would you like is if someone called you sloppy and unattractive?

He has been wanting to leave you for a while...He could have actually only been with her so he could hurt you and leave you. Some people don't thing men can play games, but they can. Your ex could have just been using you, and seeing that you on base your views of people on how they look, he went with an (how you describe) unattractive female knowing that it would just hurt you.

However, he could actually be in love with the personality of this other woman, and he didn't know how to break it up with you.
