Why did your dad leave you?

• I am sorry to hear that your mother left you. There are many reasons why a mother may leave her child: she may be ill and needs constant hospital care; she may be addicted to alcohol or drugs; she may not be able to financially afford to keep you in a safe and healthy environment so she left you to let someone else raise you that would love you; keep you safe; give you a good education and a chance at life. You may not think your mother loves you and may not understand until you are older why your mother left you, but she does love you and it is very difficult to give up your child. One day you will be able to talk to your mother to get some answers.
