Grandmothers die because they have done what they were supposed to do. They were children, became adults and mommies, raised your parents, and loved you when you came along.

You were the joy of your grandmother's heart. You were her reward for being a good mommy, so she got to have fun with you. But like all things, the time for her to go came, so she went. You didn't do anything, she was just old and tired and her body laid down to sleep forever.

Remember your grams with love, for she surely loved you just like she loved your mom and dad. And that's what it's all about, remembering. She wouldn't want you to be sad, but be happy that she is resting from everything that she did. Sometimes it get hard to do things when you're a grandmother, but you keep trying because you love everybody so much.

But just like there is a time to be born, there is a time to die. It is part of being people, so when it was grandmother's time, she did.
