Why do guys look at you when you are not looking at them do they Ike you please no silly answers?

It may mean that you're making him feel uncomfortable. Next time he looks at you, just smile and then look away. That way he'll have to approach you if he wants any further contact. If he doesn't do that, try it one more time. If that doesn't work, then you know that he isn't interested or he may be intimidated.
