Why do people have to be insecure?

people who are insecure are the ones who have low self-esteem...it's really bad coz' it might lead to jealousy and that could totally kill somebody...

Well ,everyone has their flaws , and this , I am sorry to say is a major one with most people. To err is human , as is emotion, and this just happens to be one of the emotions in the mix.

Well Actually...I am quite insecure in some ways. This is because all of my life people have made me feel insecure. I'm a bit of geek and nobody likes it. I am the same socially as secure people, it is just that other people choose to hurt me because they know I wont do anything. To stop people from being insecure, all you have to do is make them feel part of the group and talk to them frequently. Compliment them on the way they look and never mention inperfections. That's what someone did for me and it really worked.

yeah im very shy when im forced to be alone,its really werid.i argree make them feel part of the group or just have one on one time when u can your sevles.

straight and simple: people are afraid of rejection. my fav motto: Can't win the game if you don't play it!

Some people have very insecure feelings. I do! So I know very much on this subject. I am about 129 pounds and feel like the fatest person on earth! Luckily I have many friends who don't think so. I feel insecure about my body and my voice. I wear bigger clothing because well I mean I wear that anyway :) My voice is naturally the way it is and well there is no hiding it. Please don't clobber me about me saying my weight. Too many people have tormented me about it. I have grown to somewhat get used to my body. And grow to love how my voice is. Hope I was some help.

Insecurities??? actually insecurities could kill.. actually i do, when i was in my elementary days, i was always brutally being bullied by my classmates they call me "NEGRA." but my skin is not as black as my hair.. it is BROWN and not Black?? are they color-blind or just a moron?? or they don't know the difference between black and brown.. (every time i remember this- i cry. at this moment my eyes are filled with fluids and these fluids are called "TEARS".) but you knows guys.. now I'm 21 years old.. it really affects me as i grow.. i have a low self-esteem.. Gosh!!! but i have a boyfriend for almost 6 years already.. she accepted me for who i'am or how do i look.. she loves me very much.. and she makes feel beautiful in that way.. but sometimes i still envy those girls with flawless white skin, for me having white skin is BEAUTIFUL.. But he makes me realize that having a white, black or brown skin doesn't count.. what matter most is being yourself in front of the person special to you.. being honest to yourself.. that is you and nothing else..accept it.. God Created you in that way.. Love it.. Love yourself.. Having a morena complexion is much better and i love it... and the disadvantages of having a white skin is they have the greater risk of having skin cancer than to those who have morena skin( like me )or to those who have black skin. be happy =)

Because we dont see what others do. We could be the smallest person in the world but the mirror will tell us that were fat. Also it could have to do with bullying as a child those hurts could be carried through to are adulthood.
