You could politely pull your aunt aside and ask her to stop. Always be polite, and never just be blunt. Start it out with a compliment, like,
"Aunty, I love it how you always compliment the cooking, and I don't know if you realize that you're doing it with food in your mouth. It's kind of embarrassing, would you mind stopping?"

NEVER use the world "but". It's like cancelling out the compliment.

"Aunty I love you BUT--" it sounds like you're attacking her.
