Why don't girls like short men?

Yeah, some girls don't care about height, like me. You'll find that girl, if you're the same height as her she'll like it because when you hug everything fits perfectly you, can't do that hugging someone that's taller than you.

Do girls like men tall? Depends on how tall the both of them are.

If the guy was 6'7" and the girl was 5'4", you could have a bit of a problem.

But, If the guy was 5"7 and the girl was 6'4", the girl and the guy would feel extreemly awkward.

I think that the guy just needs to be tall enough so that the girl can lean on his shoulder, not to mention looking up to him.

As long as you aren't a giant, you'll find someone.

Me being 5'9 I prefer a man taller than me.

That's a pretty broad generalization; not all girls dislike short men. Admittedly, I've always looked for a taller man but mainly because I'm tall and I hate it. But in all honesty I have friends who prefer shorter men, for example Matt Le Blanc in the mid-series of Friends was - for lack of a better word - a little "stumpy" but nonetheless attractive. You shouldn't consider a few girls' opinion as an over-view of all girls' opinion.

But I do think girls often look for someone to protect them, and the taller man does offer this idea of security.

I'm a girl and I LOVE short guys, but most girls would disagree with me. Everybody has different preferences.
