If the bottle is just for comfort it's always the best with water. Juice and other things contains sugar which is bad for the teeth that are there or coming (some children have cavities when the first teeth comes up) and if it's orange or citrus juice it acidic for the teeth. Sugar also gives the child more energy when they supposed to sleep.
I would not freeze it in the bottle. Instead, portion it out in an ice cube tray. When frozen, store the cubes in a plastic bag.
