If you mean the language, English is an international language of business, and so learning it allows you to travel or get a job in most countries. This might be more of a reason to learn it than to love it of course. A reason to love a language is if you have read books or seen movies about the countries where they speak it or if you have a romantic interest in a person who speaks that language.
Only the word English is capitalized. History should not be capitalized. Example: English and history are the subjects that I love.
in good English it should be I love you too!!Je t'aime aussi / je vous aime aussi
