Well you might have a good chance if you guys are already neutral or like the same things. You also have a good chance IF you think he likes you. IF and only IF you know he likes you approach him and talk for a while, try and become "more" neutral. If that doesnt work DONT try again for awhile. One thing to know is relationships are hardwork. They should take time to develope so if i were you, i would talk to this boy :) make sure he knows that you're there and that you like to be around him, one thing leads to another and you'll be hanging out with this boy and than eventually if their is any chemistry and he likes you back, boom a relationship will begin. but don't pressure him and just rememeber that if its not meant to be with you're crush thiers always another guy, so don't be too hard on yourself :)
