Often depressed people are second guessing what other people think of them as the depressed person sees no value in their own lives so they hide away from the people they meet who probably would want to be friends with you. It is important that you realize that depression is not your fault and that there are good doctors out there to get you on a steady path of feeling much better. It is also very important that you realize that depression affects millions of people all over the world, but thankfully with the help of medication and Cognitive Therapy depressed persons can have a happy and normal lifestyle.
