Well I wouldn't ask someone out in a text but sometimes if you want something keep chasing after it. He likes you because he asked you why he wants to know what you're thinking and why you feel that way about you're self so he cares. When you see him ask him in person over a text isn't the best option. He might think you're kidding or just wasting his time. Maybe you should call and stop texting.

You are of course assuming he got the text. That his cell phone was not charging or that his provider was not down for repairs etc. You may have just ruined what could have been a great relationship by relying on faulty technology.
