Well technically speaking, if she continuously ask you to hang out with her, then she obviously likes you in some way. But why, might I ask, does she not want you to tell anyone? Another thing to think of is that if she really liked you, she wouldn't be afraid to let everyone or anyone know that you two are hanging out.
