As both vampires and werewolves are purely fictitious anything is possible; they could successfully mate with a washing machine or an effervescing luminescent energy bubble. It is all in the mind of the author.

A vampire and a werewolf can mate but the result is a hybrid child that is half-vampire, half-lycan but stronger than both. If a werewolf is the father of a hybrid, then the hybrid is known as werewolf-dominant (Michael Corvin) however, if the father is a vampire then the hybrid is known as vampire-dominant (Marcus Corvinus).

Yes they can but it creates a hybrid species but the fact that the number of chromosomes are the same means that there is no X-dominant or Y-dominant problem and that they can reproduce fine and naturally.

Very good, I'm proud of whomever answered that, you are correct. See, Vampires can have sex, but the reason that edward won't with Bella in the twilight series is because he's worried of injuring her. He is worried about this because of the strength that vamps have over the strength humans have.

The answer is yes but the are not going to kill one of their own without a good reason they do have laws.

Some vampires resent the intrusion of other's into their 'territory' or for careless practices that cause danger of exposure for all. There have been destruction of vampires by vampires, for no good reason and for quite 'cold-blooded' reasons.
