Yes..Yes....Yes ....It is possible. It takes a lot of time. Transformation is taking place gradually, but not in leaps and bounds. The pace is discouraging. Caste System is age old . It developed through centuries. It can be disgusted. Hopeless.

Certain sections are concerned for caste as they fail to get a seat in a collage or a job. Or overtaken in promotion. Only then they float lofty ideals. But they fail to realize how caste is playing a dominant role in day to day life. Caste created inherent inequality. A hierarchical levels in society.

Unless egalitarian society is created, caste can not be abolished. The mindset that certain castes are superior and other are inferior have to erased first. For many generations, some castes were denied to study. As per Manu Dharma Shasthra. the shudras were denied equal treatment. The society followed shastras. There was discrimination based on The rigid caste system forced shudras to be slaves.

The equal opportunities in Education(Schools ,Hostels.Scholorships) should be created for some time. The Government should be very sincere in implementing the schemes. Not just name sake. They must work with time bound.

1) Inter dining

2) Inter marrying no one asks for caste when marrying .Alliances not caste based.

3) Economical Equality INcome levels improves

4) Social Equality All are treated equal in society especially in Villages

5)Political Equality MLA,s MP,s are elected proportionally on their own

These achievements may take a long time.

one may wonder how the rigid caste system was followed. It is surprising people raise the issue of caste for a job and a seat in reputed institution.
